CHURCH HOUSING TRUST

This Church supports and prays for homeless people cared for by Church Housing Trust.

Through the support of our PCC and Parishioners Church Housing Trust helps very many homeless people and those in housing need in our communities. Church Housing Trust  supports residents in over 70 projects including hostels, move-on housing, foyers, day centres, women's refuges and mother and baby projects. Donations received make a real difference to the lives of homeless people and are used for a variety of purposes including rehabilitation, education, training and resettlement.

Church Housing Trust was founded in 1984 by Church Housing Association, to raise charitable funds to support hostels and provide welfare funds for homeless people in need.

Donations by cheque, charity voucher, mastercard or charity card (payable to Church Housing Trust) may be sent to:

Church Housing Trust, PO Box 50296, London EC1P 1WF
or
via their website www.churchhousingtrust.org.uk

THE EDITOR WRITES

Well that is another issue put to bed, as usual the articles did not wish to fit the layout, but nobody was left out.

Articles about people or events concerning Elstead are always welcome - if you are submitting such an article elsewhere, then please let us also have a copy.

A word of warning, I shall be away for the early part of November, so when it comes to putting the December issue together there will not be as much time as usual so please ensure that all articles are with me by the 14th
