CHESHIRE HOMES

Did you know, just 6 miles up the road from your front door there is a Leonard Cheshire Home for disabled adults called Hydon Hill. It is set in beautiful grounds and has a peaceful feel throughout. Most of the residents are wheelchair bound and they look forward to volunteers who will play cards, read to them, take them on outings, put their make-up on, sit and chat or 1001 other things that able-bodied people take for granted because they can do it for themselves.

Could you make a difference and volunteer some of your free time to help?

Contact the volunteer's coordinator on 01483 861153

WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH YOUR UNWANTED CHRISTMAS GIFTS   ???????????

Donate them to Hydon Hill "Good as New" shop between 11 and 3 pm Monday - Friday and pick up a bargain while you are there.

Donations of men's, children's and ladies wear, bric a brac and books can also be left in the shelter outside the shop if you can't get there between 11 and 3 pm. But don't miss out on the bargains for yourself!
