SPRINGFIELD SURGERY PATIENTS GROUP
Do you know about us? This group was formed a year ago with the aim of supporting our local surgery.
HOW? They are in urgent need of a defibrillator. These cost approximately £2,000. The portable defibrillator is needed for treatment of suspected heart failure, as immediate treatment can save lives. If you feel you wish to donate to this fund please complete the form below.
The aim of the SSPG is not purely financial. We intend to hold an open meeting to foster good relations and to invite comments about the Practice from the patients. The Doctors will be present and refreshments will be available.
