A magnificent tea was presented by several ladies to a Bridge Tea which was held in the United Reformed Church Hall on the 5^th April.

There were ten tables of mixed skills at playing friendly social bridge.  Although the sun shone brightly the chill was still in the air and an ideal day for playing this now popular game.

I would like to thank everyone who attended  this fund raising event and in particular the ladies who bought and made some lovely cakes together with various donations of raffle prizes.

This year  our Annual Bazumble will be held on the 14^th October.  If you will be clearing out those cupboards and garden sheds etc please reserve a box or two and present them on the day before 9.30 am please.
