I don't know how long it will take me to source and order kitchen units for our new staffroom! I need to get them ordered so they are here in good time. Wicks are promising to give me a very good deal - (One of my dads!) We are at the exciting phase of seeing what it all will really look like and have chosen the carpets and colours of the walls etc. I didn't realise how expensive office furniture is - everything we had before was second hand, so it will be lovely to have coordinated furniture. The builders keep getting ahead of themselves, although some things are still delayed. Once they have gone, hopefully at the beginning of July, we have to get the grounds back into shape and will have to tarmac a new area for the infants to play on, as well as make a new reception class playground and get everything inside school straight.

We will have a grand opening in September, so will be sending out lots of invitations, so everyone can see the new building. We are waiting to hear when the Bishop can come for an official opening, but plan to have an open day and a big party one evening.
