The 2^nd Elstead Brownies are running this wonderful and unique village day out on Sunday the 24^th of June. This will also hopefully help out the Brownies with some much needed fund raising.

For those new to all of  this, the boat must be large enough to contain a crew of one or more, and must be made entirely from paper/cardboard, not only that, but you will be expected to sail merrily around the moat for 15 minutes, ideally a bit faster than your opponents. (copies of rules and regs will be available soon) .There will be prizes for the most original and ingenious designs as well as of course for the probably very soggy and sodden winners.

Its time to start hoarding those boxes, piling up that paper and getting down to some serious scheming and sketching. We look forward to seeing the results.
