TRAIDCRAFT

The new Autumn catalogue is now available.  As usual there is an excellent collection of jewellery.  There are a number of T-shirts, from Mauritius this time.  The very functional Zambian baskets are back plus a variety of other baskets.  To join the Sheep tape measure is a Bee, fun and useful.  There are more colourful animal jigsaws, an Elephant with numbers and a Camel with letters, and a beautiful 3D Round Noah's Ark.  The Christmas tree chocolate-coated biscuits are here again.  The set of gift bags have dark Chocolate orange pieces, white chocolate raspberries and blueberry-dusted yoghurt raisins.  To join the Divine chocolate coins are Divine chocolate puddings.  Again there is a Christmas Hamper and a Luxury Hamper.  There is also a Tea lover's gift set and a Coffee lover's gift set and to complete the trio a Chocolate lover's set.  Please remember these gift sets and hampers sell out early.

This year I will not have a sample of all the Christmas cards but I shall have one of each of the 34 UK sourced packs for you to see.

See you on Saturday 1st September at the URC Coffee Morning 10 am -12 noon.

HOLY LAND
MARCH 4TH - 14TH 2008

"Next year in Jerusalem" is the age old cry of the pilgrim. For thousands of years people have risked life and limb and spent their fortunes just to be in Jerusalem: - to walk along the street in Nazareth, to visit the stable in Bethlehem, to sail on the Sea of Galilee and to walk the agonising walk with Jesus to Calvary, there to marvel at his resurrection.

£1.059 includes air fares, one night BB and eight nights' Half Board. Our accommodation will be of a high standard in 3* and 4* hotels. Lunches at the Mount of the Beatitudes, Nazareth, Jaffa, Jericho, Bethlehem. Local Guide throughout the Pilgrimage.  Coach on all days except days seven and ten.  Entrance Fees in accordance with the Itinerary. Taxis at Mt. Tabor, Sailing on the Sea of Galilee.

Why not join Canon Chris Vallins and Revd Diana Matthews to do all this next year.
