Elstead Cinema will be opening on the Saturday 9^th of February and will bring to you recent box-office hits or other Popular Films.

Our opening Film will be Casino Royale starring Daniel Craig as MI6 agent James Bond and is set at the beginning of James Bond's career as Agent 007, having earned his licence to kill.

The film will be shown in the Village Hall, drinks and refreshments will be available before the performance and during the intermission.

Elstead based Wellness and Weight Loss Coach Katie Shorrock is offering a free 1 hour wellness evaluation to anyone in Elstead who is serious about improving their wellbeing or losing weight. 

Now that all the boxes have been emptied and the contents counted, we have been able to put the money together with the collection from the Christingle service at St James's school. The collection from Christingle came to £192, and together with the box money we will be sending a cheque for £550 to the Children's Society.

This is a marvellous sum, and thank you to all those involved, especially those who help collect up the boxes and the team who help prepare the oranges for the Christingle service.
