THE CATHOLIC CHURCH

GOD PROVIDES A WINDOW  INTO HEAVEN BY GIFTING US
WITH ARTISTIC AND OTHER CREATIVE TALENTS

' None can sense more deeply than artists, ingenious creators of beauty that they are, something of the pathos with which God at the dawn of creation looked upon the work of his hand '

Pope John Paul 11

The Autumn Post-Alpha Programme begins on Tuesday  21st 2008 and runs for 6 weeks in St. John's Church Hall, Farncombe starting with a meal at 7.30 pm.

We have invited 6 speakers who in their chosen vocations have been inspired by a Christian vision.
The main focus will be on the way we express the truth of our relationship with God through the beauty of creative activity   In sharing about their own calling we believe that they will inspire and encourage us.   So do come  and feel free to bring anyone else

It may be particularly interesting to hear James Burke-Dunsmore talk about his role as Jesus [ having played this part at the Wintershall Play for 5 years.]
