"GIFTS FOR LIFE"

Traidcraft Exchange is the charity side of Traidcraft.  They work with many gifted people.  People who, despite living in poverty, are using their skills to build a better life for themselves and their families through trade.  But, however skilled they are, many cannot get their products to market, or lack the bargaining power to negotiate fair terms of trade.   That's why you are being offered the opportunity to buy a gift with a difference.  A gift that could help transform someone else's life and enable you to give something precious to a friend or relative.

Choose a gift from "Gifts for Life" and you will receive an attractive gift card to send to your relative or friend telling them about the gift you have bought and the difference it could make to poor people.
£8  could pay for valuable information resources to help someone in India run their business better.
£10 could give a tea worker the training and knowledge they need to help receive fairer conditions and trade terms.
£15 could make a difference to producers with physical disabilities, due to landmines or polio, struggling to make a living in Cambodia.

There are so many more gifts we could give, please look at the catalogue "Gifts for Life" at the coffee morning at the United Reformed Church on Saturday 1st November 10 am -12.  You can also actually buy gifts at the Traidcraft stall as well as tea, coffee, muesli and dried fruits and of course Christmas cards.
