The Meeting on 11^th June had as it's guest Jo Smith, giving a talk on Keep Fit, and it's history from the 1920's until the present day. Apart from the usual ways of keeping ourselves fit, such as walking,swimming, gardening and sport, we were reminded of the many presenters on T.V. and Radio over the years, Eileen Fowler, Jane Fonda and the Green Goddess to name only a few. There was also an audience participation session, which most of the Members joined in and enjoyed

The Meeting next month is on July 9^th, when hopefully, good weather will allow us to have our Annual Garden Party in the grounds at the rear of Stacey's Farm
